The LA Fed is a federation of over 300 affiliated union and labor organizations representing more than 800,000 members — each with their own unique story. United in a mission to build a movement for justice committed to protecting the rights of working people and improving the lives of LA families and communities.

For more than 100 years, the LA Fed has empowered workers to organize and take collective action to win better wages and respect in the workplace — fighting for all working families and marginalized communities, and supporting the policies and campaigns that transform Los Angeles and create lasting change beyond.
